BEIC at Meetings & Events 2018
Meetings & Events, which was organised for the fourth time this year in September at Messukeskus Helsinki, Expo and Convention Centre, continued to strengthen its international concept and content. Focusing on event production and development, Meetings & Events showcased as the only international event in Finland to gather the whole event industry together. This is where the industry suppliers as well as the business people behind the corporate events meet each other.
This year the event has strengthen the program with completely international programme on the second day of the event. The programme was built together in close co-operation with Baltic Event Industry Club (BEIC).
"Baltic Event Industry Club is the Pan-Baltic alliance of the best event agencies, creative minds, brand strategists and event innovators. Our focus is on developing the event industry in the Baltic Sea Region, overcoming challenges and increasing collaboration with clients. We are happy to collaborate with Meetings&Events and to come up with the content for the forum, because we do believe that developing the industry gives a lot of revenues for the business", - says managing director Mary Kirillova.
"We have a fairly small market in Finland and it is very well connected as it is. At the same time, most of the industry suppliers and agencies do not work just within the Finnish borders, but clients often take the projects abroad. It is as important to stay on top of the global developments in this industry, as in any other. We at Easyfairs currently operate in 17 countries worldwide and are positioned in the top-20 of all trade show organisers in the world. Co-operation with BEIC allows us to further strengthen our international approach and ensures a top-notch programme for the Meetings & Events show this autumn. The second day of the event is going to be fully international speakers and we are of course welcoming all interested exhibitors from Baltic region to join the event as well", - summons Meetings & Events producer Anu Haapamäki.
Powered by BEIC the second day program included several sessions:
